I completed my residency in Ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate University. I have also completed additional training, including a Vitreoretinal Surgery fellowship at Tulane University Medical Center and a Retina fellowship at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary / Harvard Medical School.
I perform refractive, cornea, cataract, glaucoma, oculoplastic and vitreoretinal surgeries. I have many publications in several peer-reviewed journals, and my research in anti-angiogenesis serves as a foundation for treating diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.
I have been providing exceptional eye care for over 25 years, both nationally and internationally, and have an excellent record in treating complex eye conditions.
